ABSTRACT=Radiologists and nuclear medicine specialists specializing in the diagnostics of breast diseases have compiled their opinions on diagnostic imaging and screening for breast cancer. Based on international evidence, it is hereby recommended that the radiological and nuclear medicine aspects of breast cancer diagnosis and management are conducted in accordance with these guidelines. This material was discussed and accepted by the 4thBreast Cancer Consensus Conference on 28–29 August 2020. It was then submitted to the Radiology Section of the National Advisory Board, which has approved it. Regular updates of the material are still recommended.
